TASTING NOTES
Intense, black cherry colour, elegant and round. Cabernets in the blend give structure to the wine to age for about ten years. Wood is well-integrated, giving toasted and grilled notes.

AGING
Harvested grapes are cooled for 3-4 days to improve maceration results. Several pumping over are done to extract colour and flavours. In cement tanks for 4-5 weeks, malolactic fermentation in wood; further ageing in wood for 1 year.
