The Representative is a Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey of approximately 20 barrels that are aged for a minimum of 2 Congressional Terms (4 Years) at a barrel entry of 120 proof. The mash bill is made up of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, & 4% Barley.
Critic tasting note: "Bakery sweets in the form of chocolate chip cookie, vanilla bean scone, confectioners’ sugar, and Nutella, along with fresh garden herbs and red apple on the nose. The full and rich palate turns to lemon meringue, vanilla cake, blackberry tart, bitter chocolate, and pecans.
